Giggle jar

A friend of mine has a giggle jar.
Where they write down the things that make them smile.
It can be silly little things.
Or moments of laughing out loud.
All gathered in that one jar.

And when they are feeling down.
They can pick up the jar.
Open it.
And read what's inside.
And that usually will make them burst into laughter.
Or at least a little smile on their face.

Like me too.
Whenever I think of my friend, sitting on their bed with the jar in their hand.
Reading those moments that once made them giggle.

It makes me giggle every time.
