Political Somatics for Queers

Join us for a subversive Political Somatics Workshop at SPARK Solitag with our guest practitioner Leonora (she/they)!

WHAT TO EXPECT:
In this workshop, we’ll create a safe and empowering space for Queers to explore how political our bodies are. Because even if we set our boundaries and know exactly what we need, the world is still not safe for us. So its even more important to focus on those moments in which we can feel safe. We will explore our personal space through movement and create and exchange about what safer spaces look and feel like for us through drawing and movement. It’s about the opportunity to refocus our attention on our bodies. Because simply having the space to feel again is often a revolution in itself.

ABOUT LEONORA:
" I'm a queer neurodivergent human, working in the intersection between social justice and dance therapy. Im also involved in the educational project @raus_aus_der_dominanz that helps to unleran dominant behaviours "
